- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all jobs over $200.
- Deposits secure your appointment and cover material preparation.
- If you cancel your appointment, you may reschedule and apply your deposit to the
new date. However, the deposit remains non-refundable beyond this.
Payment Methods
- A 3% fee applies to all credit card transactions.
- No fee applies when paying with cash, check, or Venmo.
- Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Please give advance notice if you need to reschedule. We’ll do our best to
accommodate you, and your deposit will carry over. - No-shows or cancellations without reasonable notice may result in the forfeiture of
your deposit. - Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Right to Refuse Services
- As a private business, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any
reason.
Media Usage
- We may take photos or videos of your vehicle for documentation and promotional
purposes. - We will never include names, addresses, or sensitive information without your
explicit permission. - If you’d prefer your vehicle not be used in any marketing, please let us know in
advance.
Liability Disclaimer
- Premium Auto Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or faulty
parts, or damage that may occur from normal service procedures on aged or
compromised surfaces. - Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal items before
service begins. - We are not liable for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services.
Detailing Service Pricing
- All detailing prices listed online or quoted over the phone are starting prices only.
- Final pricing is determined in person based on the vehicle’s size, condition, and
level of cleaning required. - Most vehicles fall within a $100 range above the starting price, but extremely dirty,
pet hair-covered, stained, or neglected vehicles may incur higher charges. - We are not responsible for any confusion or dissatisfaction if you assume the base
price will apply without a full in-person evaluation. - Our technicians will assess the vehicle on-site and confirm final pricing before any
work begins. If the price changes due to condition, you will always have the option to
proceed or cancel without penalty
Vehicle Drop-off and Pick-up
- Please ensure your vehicle arrives at the agreed-upon time. Late arrivals may
impact our ability to complete your service on time. - Vehicles must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after completion unless
arrangements have been made. - Vehicles left beyond 48 hours may be subject to a storage fee unless discussed
otherwise.
